CRS, RE/MAX Hall of Fame

Tina and Laura have both been honored as inductees in the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and recognized as Certified Residential Specialists--an award which goes to only 4% of the country's agents.  Both of these awards are based on professional performance. Here's a little background on each of them and their Buyer Specialist, Kerri Lambert:

Even in a down market in 2011, Tina hit the ground running at RE/MAX Peak to Peak with the most sales transactions of any agent in the office her first year and has had the most transactions every year since. Tina started her real estate career in 1991 in Steamboat Springs, CO, where she quickly became a Top Producer at RE/MAX and later the Co-Owner/Managing Broker of The Colorado Group, one of the most successful real estate companies still today in Steamboat Springs. Her husband's career then took them to Scottsdale, AZ, in 1999 and then back to Denver, Colorado, in 2004. In the following years, she branched out in her real estate experience to become an Award-Winning Top Producer for the largest new home builder in Colorado.

Prior to moving to the Rocky Mountains, Tina graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Education from Western Kentucky University and worked 15 years for a multi-billion-dollar publishing company in Nashville, TN. With 3 children and 6 grandchildren, most of whom live in California, Tina has some time for her favorite hobbies. . . skiing and golfing. Tina's husband, Mark, known as "Digger," is the funeral director at Grand County Mortuary. Local friends often quip that the Shearons can help you from your first home to your last!

Laura left college to start her real estate career working for Pulte Homes in Florida, a national new home builder. As a Top Producer, she sold 3 neighborhoods, then went into re-sales and sold them all over again! Moving to Kentucky to purchase a small horse farm, she hung her license with Coldwell Banker and sold everything from Amish farms to condos. After meeting her husband, Leif, she moved to Colorado in 2006 where he works for the Murray family managing their family ranch at C Lazy U.

Laura jump-started her career in the new area by selling real estate for the developer of Granby Ranch for 6 years before transitioning into re-sales full time and quickly become a Top Producer at RE/MAX Peak to Peak with top dollar volume among the individual agents in her Granby office.

When Laura is not working for her clients, she is spending time with Leif and their 3 dogs outdoors riding horses, hiking, or Nordic skiing. She's the proud Mom of Elly, who is completing her Masters at Baylor University.

Kerri Lambert the buyer specialist of our team brings more than 25 years experience in sales and marketing with non-profits, senior living, and real estate.  After graduating from Northeastern State University in Oklahoma, Kerri worked with two nonprofit organizations, American Cancer Society and American Heart Association. She had great success in managing volunteers and staff along with raising millions of dollars through corporate sponsorships. She worked as the Director of Sales and Marketing for Greystone Communities and The Stayton at Museum Way in Fort Worth, where she and her team achieved great success in Pre-Sales of more than 80% in a 4-month period along with receiving awards such as: Director of the Year, Marketing Team of the Year, and Operation Team of the Year.

Kerri started her real estate career with Ebby Halliday Realtors in Fort Worth, Texas, where she achieved Rookie of the Year, Diamond Circle, Platinum and Star Status, and achieved Top Producer. She loves working with buyers and sellers to achieve their goals of home ownership. After vacationing for more than 14 years in Grand County, she and her husband, Mike, are settled in full time now with their Cairn Terrier, Sophie. When she’s not working, she’s outdoors golfing, hiking, skiing, volunteering and entertaining out-of-state friends.
